Matthew is the owner of CLHA, a certified 600 hour Aveda Institute Massage Therapist and certified 240 hour Aura Yoga Hatha Yoga Instructor. He began his massage practice in 2001 and began teaching yoga in 2006 which led to the opening of CLHA in 2008.
